Co-op Rental FAQs
What should I bring?
Besides your normal personal items, you will need bed linens for the size bed that you select and bath towels. If you have need for items such as an iron and ironing board, those are up to you as well.
What is provided in the house?
The house is provided with most of the furniture you will need to have a comfortable stay. You are welcome to bring your favorite chair, work table, etc. if you want. The kitchens are fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and dishware. Consumable things such as bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. are up to you and your housemates to provide. Same goes for the bathroom and laundry consumable supplies.
What about utilities?
The utility fee contributes towards the actual expenses incurred for household or apartment utilities, which we cover. Please note that this fee only offsets a portion of the total utility expenses. Utilities included in this fee are water, electric, sewer, gas, trash, and basic internet.
Are the rooms lockable/secure?
Absolutely. Each bedroom is equipped with locks to ensure privacy and the security of your belongings. You will receive a key at the beginning of the lease for your bedroom. Additionally, all housemates will receive a key for the main entry doors.
Is Internet provided?
Yes, basic wireless internet access (150Mbps Download/Upload) is included in the paid utilities for the house. If you desire faster internet speeds, they can be arranged for an additional monthly fee.
