Additional Information

Is It Furnished?

Yes, the room that you rent is furnished with necessities (you bring your own bedding and towels and personal items). The remainder of the house is also furnished for your convenience and comfort.

How Long Is The Lease

Lease length will be negotiated prior to signing, but typical lease length will coincide with the length of school co-op/intern terms (fall, spring, summer).

For non-student contract personnel, lease lengths will be negotiated.

What Am I Renting

Your lease is for your sole use of one bedroom (unless you are leasing more than one) and the shared use of the remainder of the residence.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes each of our residences has a washer and dryer for your use. Bring your own detergent, baskets, and dryer sheets.

The Lease

The lease terms and duration are to be negotiated prior to signing and move in.

Background/Credit Checks

Prior to issuance of the lease we require a background credit check if you plan to sign on your own. If you have little or no personal credit history, we may require co-sign of the lease by someone else such as a parent or guardian.

Room Rental

You will be signing a lease for rental of the room and shared use of the rest of the residence. Treat your housemates' room as if it is their own personal home.

Pets

No pets (free roaming) are allowed as a courtesy to your house mates and to prevent damage. Caged pets can be requested and evaluated on a case by case basis.
